We attend to welcome passengers at the airport, conveniently transport them to an aircraft, carefully load baggage and deliver it to passengers after a flight. We are responsible for precise preparation of an aircraft for a flight and safe handling of your baggage.
15 year expertise in the handling business and competent personnel enable us to meet the individual demands of each of our customers. In the average, „Baltic Ground Services“ is providing its services to about 7000 flights and to 0,5 million passengers a year.
Cooperating with our worldwide partners we present services that correspond to the world standards. We deserved trust of the biggest airlines of the world thanks to reliable and honest work as well as to respect of our customers. On December 18th of 2007 - „Baltic Ground Services“ finished a campaign of adapting ISO 9001 standards. Permanently developing operation processes and applying innovative solutions we improve productivity of our employees and efficiency of procedures. We pay special attention to the safety at work and apply the program of safety assurance on ramp.
We serve airlines with electricity-driven ground handling equipment that does not contaminate the environment. The majority of our machineries are environmentally-friendly.
