We aim that people departing by an aircraft as well as guests of an airport would feel comfortably. We are a partner to airlines to which we provide services. Therefore, their client is our client.

Our concern is to assure that a trip by an aircraft, beginning from arrival to an airport to getting on board of an aircraft and from landing to taking baggage was smooth and safe.

Lost & Found

Aircrafts companies make every effort to deliver baggage on-time and in good order. However, sometimes baggage gets lost in various airports and is late.

It is very important for a passenger to describe the baggage as precisely as possible because a search is performed by comparing the description with the unclaimed baggage at the airport.

Check-in of passengers and baggage

Advanced hardware and software enables us to assure continuous check-in of passengers and baggage to all flights of the current day. Baggage is handled according to international and carriers’ requirements. After modernization of the system of checking-in passengers at the international airport of Vilnius passengers from different airlines can check-in at the same counter.

Passengers may check-in using Internet. Remote checking-in system assists to avoid queues at the airport and facilitates preparation for a flight.

Services for passengers with special needs

Our employees see in unaccompanied minors to an aircraft, assist in procedures of crossing the border and attend until unaccompanied minors are met by people that take care of them. Disabled people are given means necessary for their movement and priority performing of all services. Group travelers may be given a special counter for check-in and special marks for labeling their baggage.

Services for passengers of charter flights

We provide special attention and individual services upon airlines requests to passengers of charter flights. Check-in of VIP passengers and their baggage is made in VIP serving hall.

Boarding of passengers

Modern technologies assure a smooth boarding of passengers. Special boarding tunnels are used for boarding of passengers or they are transported to an aircraft by convenient busses adapted to use at an airport.

Ground transportation services

Within the territory of the airport we are able to transport up to 200 passengers at a time. Delegations of VIP are provided with special transportation services.

Taking care of passengers that aircrafts are late, postpones or withdrawn

In case of a delayed or postponed flight we serve passenger in accordance with the EU regulations. Considering the duration of the delayed plane the passengers are offered free of charge meals, a possibility to make a telephone call at the cost of an airline and to use of other means of communication from our bureau. Together with our partners we also provide transportation and accommodation services.

Tracing and delivery of late baggage

Baggage which fails to arrive together with a passenger is regarded as being late or temporary failed to arrive. If the search lasts more than 100 days, it is regarded as lost. With global baggage search system “WorldTracer” our company works diligently to find missing baggage. A found baggage is packed and forward to any location in Lithuania in accordance with the procedures agreed with an airline.
