Aircraft handling
Aircraft handling is performed after its arrival and while preparing an aircraft for a flight. Aircraft handling personnel is responsible for a preparation of an aircraft for a safe flight, for order in a cabin, fuel reserves as well as for an irreproachable appearance of an aircraft.
The procedures of ground handling are performed in a strict order and time norms according to aviation safety requirements. An aircraft may not be late to get off.

- Aircraft acceptance and ramp to flight deck communication

Experienced employees with relevant qualifications steer a landed aircraft to a parking lot. Special blocks are put under landing gear. Protective cones around an aircraft protect it in a parking lot. Communication with the crew is maintained in accordance with the international aviation standards, using special means of communication or visual signals. When an aircraft is getting ready to depart, ground handling personnel is keeping communication with the crew, manages starting the motors and leaving the parking site.
- Ground transportation services

Within the territory of the airport we are able to transport up to 200 passengers at a time. Delegations of VIP are also provided with transportation services.
- ASU services

Using certified equipment enables us to start motors of the following types of aircrafts: “Boeing” 737/757, SAAB-340/2000, ATR-42/72, “Embraer” 145/170/175/190/195, MD-80 and others.
- Lavatory service and water supply

We provide a full scope of services related to fresh water supply and toilet services. Only certified special means are used.
- Provision of ground source of electricity

Using stationary and mobile sources of energy we are able to supply all types of aircrafts with electricity.
- Heating a cabin

Warm cabin is one of the items assuring comfort, especially during cold season and at nighttime. We are using certified and safe technical means to heat cabins and to eliminate consumption of an aircraft own resources.
- De-icing and anti-icing

In winter time, under climatic conditions of Lithuania, it is necessary to remove ice from aircrafts and to apply anti-icing mean. We have two specially adapted vehicles to provide de-icing and anti-icing. Our 15 year experience ensures high level quality so important to the safety of aviation.
- Moving of aircraft

Modernization of airports and increasing usage of passenger boarding tunnels raise the demand for towage and pulling. We provide such services to “Boeing” 737/757, SAAB-340/2000, ATR-42/72, “Embraer” 145/170/175/190/195, MD-80 and “Airbus” type aircrafts.
- Refueling

On 4th of February 2009 we have got all permissions from Ministry of Transportation to become as independent supplier of fuel at VNO and on 14th of February we started with fuelling operations. We are using two brand new reaction refueling machines meeting the highest safety requirements, assuring high quality and safe handling. For our clients offering very attractive portfolio of ground handling and fuelling services.
- Aircraft exterior cleaning and washing

A clean aircraft economizes up to 3 per cent of fuel and much less contaminates the environment. Aircraft exterior is washed using certified detergents or dry cleaning is applied.
- Cabin maintenance

Depending on requirements of an airline, simple or thorough cleaning of an aircraft is performed using only certified materials and means of cleaning. Our personnel is controlling, supplementing and changing information as well as other materials which are offered to passengers on board.
- Unloading and loading of baggage, cargo and mail

Special equipment is used to perform the services. If a carrier desires, a special container loading equipment may be used. Before departure baggage, cargo and mail are delivered from passenger and mail terminals to an aircraft and on arrival-to the relevant terminals. Loading an aircraft is performed in accordance with payload documents which, according to the carrier’s requirement, are drafted by licensed personnel.
